Jerald F. Oleske
Partner
Jerald F. Oleske's duties include handling cases in both New Jersey and New York. He divides his time between our Chatham and New York offices, focusing on the defense of complex civil actions in the areas of construction accidents, products liability, architect and surveyor malpractice, motor vehicle, including motorcycle, truck and bus accidents, and premises liability.
In addition, Jerry employs the skills he has honed in over 100 trials as defense attorney in his representation of plaintiffs in complex medical malpractice actions in both New York and New Jersey. Jerry believes that his experience as a litigator in medical malpractice cases enhances his skills as a litigator on behalf of the firm's insurance carriers and their insureds.
