Dennis Loffredo
Associate

Dennis Loffredo is an experienced civil litigator who joined the firm in 1996 and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury lawsuits as a result of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, construction accidents, product liability claims, and Title 59 claims against public entities. Dennis previously worked for a plaintiff's personal injury firm where he litigated similar personal injury matters.

Dennis graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.A. degree in Political Science in 1988. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law review and served as an Assistant Editor. Dennis was also a member of the Delta Theta Phi law fraternity. While in law school, Dennis clerked for the Michigan Attorney Generals Office. he also worked for the Elder Law Clinic where he represented clients with regard to guardianship, landlord-tenant, and estate planning matters.

Dennis is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bars and is licensed to practice in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey and the State of Pennsylvania. Dennis is a past member of the Passaic County Bar Association. Dennis previously participated in the Justice Clifford Inns of Court and served on the New Jersey Supreme Court District XI Fee Arbitration Forums, and the National Arbitration Forums. Dennis has tried numerous cases to verdict for both plaintiff and defendant and has argued numerous appeals before the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division.

Dennis is married with three children and is active in both the Wayne PAL and Wayne Boys and Girls Club organizations, where he had coached many seasons of baseball, basketball, outdoor and indoor soccer, floor hockey and street hockey.
