Camille Joseph Kassar
Partner
Camille ("Kim") Joseph Kassar began his relationship with MLCO in 1996, following an internship with the Honorable Roger Kahn and 5 years of private practice in the Insurance Defense field. Kim became a partner with MLCO in 2004.
During Kim's tenure with MLCO, he has developed a practice in the field of revenue recovery, representing the majority of the acute care hospitals in New Jersey, and has recovered more than ten million dollars for those facilities based upon alleged contractual violations of existing PPO and HMO contracts. He also continues to handle construction defect, dram shop, product liability and general liability claims for multiple carriers throughout the United States.
Kim has appeared in every county court in New Jersey, tries cases throughout the state, and has in the New Jersey Appellate Division. In addition to appearing before both the New Jersey Appellate Division and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Kim has had published opinions in both those jurisdictions.
