Alan R. Lebowitz is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, licensed in the States of New Jersey and New York specializing in personal injury, motor vehicle, premise liability, and elevator/escalator litigation. Mr. Lebowitz graduated from The John Marshall Law School with Honor under the mentorship of the Honorable George N. Leighton, U.S.D.C.(Ret). Upon passing the bar, Mr. Lebowitz was employed for several years in a general practice law firm during which time, as a part-time Public and Federal Defender, he was engaged in civil and criminal trials throughout the State of New Jersey. Subsequently, Mr. Lebowitz, utilizing his diverse experience in both civil and criminal and real estate transactional law, founded this law firm.
Mr. Lebowitz represents insurance carriers, their insureds, self-insureds, individuals and corporate clients in both New Jersey and New York. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association, Morris County Bar Association, and New Jersey Defense Association.
